1. 采用机械手上片，快速把产品搬运到上料输送带上，检测前设计除尘、除静电系统。 

2. 采用 CCD 线扫相机，检测不同类型的产品外观、缺陷、短路、漏印、锯齿等等。 

3. 检测后的产品可以针对 NG/NO 自动分流堆栈料框内。 

4. 本机设有自动报警装置及周边安全保护开关，确保安全生产。 

Features:

1. Robotic loading style to quickly move the product to the feeding conveyor belt, and design the dust removal and electrostatic removal  system before testing. 

2. Use CCD line scan camera to detect different types of product appearance, defects, skip-printing, serration and so on. 

3. The tested product can automatically sort out under NG/NO.
