用途：适用于 3D 曲面玻璃等产品丝印。

特点：

1. 采用人工或配置机械手上片、CCD 视觉对位、自动印刷，人工或机械手下片。 

2. 印刷采用伺服电机，精度高确保印刷产品质量稳定，印刷物均匀无波浪状。 

3. 印刷网版升降采用伺服电机配合直线导轨上下运动。 

4. 采用 CCD 相机拍照对位，适应于不同形状的曲面玻璃多色套印。 

5. 整套设备的升降、印刷、旋转、治具移动采用四轴数控系统实现 3D 曲面玻璃轨迹印刷。 

6. 对位平台进出采用伺服电机配合直线导轨左右运动。 

7. 本机设有自动报警装置及周边安全保护开关 , 确保安全生产。

4.CCD camera is used to take photo alignment, which is suitable for multi-color overprinting of curved glass with different shapes. 

5.The lifting, printing, rotation and fixture movement of the whole set of equipment use a four-axis CNC system to realize 3D curved  glass trajectory printing. 

6.CCD alignment platform in and out of the servo motor with linear guide rail left and right movement. 

7.The machine is equipped with automatic alarm device and peripheral safety protection switch to ensure safe production.
